Dry on the palate, medium to medium body, medium alcohol, high acidity, long finish, citrus, orange, lemon peel, white nectarine, minerality, white flowers.

Vriula has an intense aroma and flavor profile, with aromas of citrus, lemon, lemon peel, asparagus, tomato leaf, hips, and freshly cut grass. There are also tropical fruits such as pineapple and light nectarine in the base notes. High acidity on the palate, very lively, medium-bodied, long finish and very enjoyable.

1365 bottles produced. Somnium Premium Chardonnay 2022, which underwent 10 months of 500-liter French barrel fermentation and sur lie technique, has a straw yellow color. It is elegantly fresh on the palate with intense vanilla pod, layered notes of banana, nectarine and grapefruit, as well as a buttery and creamy soft touch on the finish. Our balanced wine is medium-bodied with a medium finish.

Joy Rosé has a bright salmon color with copper reflections. With notes of rose, tangerine, strawberry and cotton candy on the nose and vibrant citrus, orange peel jam and raspberry aromas on the palate, the rosé has a smooth finish with soft acidity that makes it easy to drink. Medium-bodied and alcoholic, with above-medium acidity and a medium finish.

This double blend of 50% Merlot and 50% Syrah has a medium dark ruby color. On the nose, aromas of black pepper, forest floor, red berries, blackberry, cinnamon and fresh myrtle. On the palate it has below medium tannins, above medium acidity and above medium finish.

Dark ruby in color and a blend of two local and two foreign grapes, this red wine has aromas of red plum, pomegranate, blackberry, spices, raisin and dried blackberry on the nose. On the palate, it has above-medium acidity, medium to firm tannins, medium body and a medium finish.

Dark ruby in color, Adventum Syrah stands out with concentrated spice and pepper notes behind berry, smoked and balsamic notes on the palate. In the first coupage of the Adventum series, the ruby color is accompanied by aromas of plum jam and blueberry on the nose, as well as notes of caramel and vanilla, with a pleasant spice scent of black pepper. On the palate, it has a long finish with a strong structure and velvety texture.

4260 bottles were produced. This quadruple coupage released by the Çakır Family under their own surname was aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. Çakır has a medium dark burgundy color with slight brown reflections. On the nose and palate, aromas and flavors of black ripe forest fruits, blackberry jam, clove, licorice, dried red fruits, coffee, chocolate, mushroom, forest floor, light sooty aromas and flavors, soft and dense tannins, medium to upper medium finish, medium to upper body, balanced and food accompaniment.

Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, Merlot Premium from the 2021 vintage is a medium dark burgundy color, dry, with moderate to above-medium acidity, ripe tannins and balanced aromas of black forest berries, blackberry, blueberry, black plum, licorice, chocolate, mocha and coffee with varying degrees of roastiness and notes of dried black and red plum and earth, with a long finish, depth and layers that become very enjoyable as they unfold in the glass.

In 2021, it won a silver medal at the Turkish Wine Challange competition and a gold medal at the Sommelier Selection 2021 competition, making the Master Selection list.
