WINERY
In 2018, we started wine production in our facility, and by 2022, our annual capacity reached 65,000 bottles. Bornova Musket, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and Bogazkere grapes are processed in our winery.
We start harvesting Bornova Misketi in August and finish with Bogazkere in the first week of October. At the end of fermentation, 20% of our red wines are aged in French oak barrels of 225 and 300 liters each. Chardonnay, one of our white wines, is fermented in 500 liter French oak barrels and aged using the sur lie technique.
